Where is the SPAC 2026 Annual Conference and Trade Show?

The SPAC Event is located at the South Point Hotel and Casino, in the Conference Center and Exhibit Hall. The street address for the building is 9777 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89183.

What vendors will be at the trade show?

We have assembled the best in the industry, ready to help you make your business thrive! A full list will be available on the website by November!

Do I have to pre-sign up for certain sessions?

No you can pick and choose the sessions you attend. On Thursday we do offer a School 101 University Class that is an all day class, ideal for our newer attendees. It is a great class to cover the spectrum of School Photography. Sports 101, is the same but geared towards the “Team and Individual” business. At the same time as these, we will schedule the smaller round tables for the “Advanced Photographer” business owners, these are geared toward our long time SPAC attendees.

How are the sessions organized?

We have 5 tracks of sessions taking place succinctly. We offer a variety of sessions regarding School Photography, Sports Photography, and then general classes that appeal to a broader spectrum, such as Marketing and Sales. Additionally, we offer specialty sessions, such as Senior Portraits,PreSchool Photography, Dance Studio, etc. Most companies invest in bringing a team for in depth training. Bringing their top photographer to partake in the demonstration on techniques, their top sales representative to have them participate in the Sales and Marketing sessions. Lead production person to be trained in workflow. Then naturally the smaller group discussions for long time SPAC attendees, engaging in topics such as employee issues, legal aspects, discussing new paradigms our business is expanding into.

Registration

What is included in my Registration?

All access to all educational sessions, and 2 days of dedicated trade show time! Breakfast on Friday and Saturday. Lunch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Dinner on Thursday (with RSVP). Wednesday evening Kick Off Social Mixer and Thursday night entertainment. Along with access to all Hospitality Suite Parties. Much much more!

How do I cancel my registration?

SPAC Refund Policy

Refunds must be requested in writing or email no more than 60 day after registration is completed.  No refunds given 60 days prior to the event.

How do I make changes to my existing registration?

Email SPACGal@gmail.com with any requests.

Is there a charge to attend the trade show?

Your registration gives you all access to all educational sessions and both days of trade show. We do not sell any “trade show only” tickets.

Can I register for SPAC on site?

Attendee Registration, yes, but on-site prices are higher.

Can I register more than one person at a time?

When registering online you may register more than one attendee as part of the same transaction.. Group discount starts at 4+ attendees from the same company in one transaction.. Email SPACGal@gmail.com to request the coupon code.

How do I get my badge and tickets for the SPAC?

Your tickets will be emailed to you when Registration is completed. Your name badge(s) will be ready for you at the SPAC Information Counter, located in the Conference Center.
